Is used sim gear reliable?

Generally yes. The parts that wear on a wheel base are the bearings and the belt, and direct drive bases have neither. Pedals wear at the load cell and the springs, both of which are serviceable.

What does the grade mean?

Like New is barely used with no marks. Excellent has light cosmetic wear only. Good shows visible wear from normal use. Fair has heavier marks or minor faults, described per unit. For Parts is sold as-is.

Do I get the original box?

Where we have it, yes, and the listing says so. Where we do not, the unit is packed to survive the trip regardless.

Will this wheel fit my base?

Ask us. Wheel and base mounting standards vary between makers and sometimes between generations of the same maker.
